rayon d'un cercle

Message par alb » sam. mars 28, 2020 9:30 pm

R:=sqrt((rootof([[-367236,367236],[1,0,616,-4080,3544]]))^2+(rootof([[3636,-1818,2148876,-10217160],[1,0,616,-4080,3544]]))^2)*1/3305124
(R est le rayon d'un cercle)
evalf(R^2) renvoie 0.477705894086 ok
evalf(simplifier(R^2)) renvoie 3.17164520589-1.67964675188*i
Pourquoi ?

La precision par defaut de evalf est ici insuffisante. evalf(simplify(R^2),30) renvoie un resultat pertinent.
