this report comes out when I try to test Giac (1.2.2-63) on aarch64 architecture (64-bit ARM architecture, secondary arch provided by Fedora Project):

It seems that all tests fail. I guess this is related to the 64 bits processor. Perhaps it should be recompiled with -D__x86_64__ -DSMARTPTR64
I'm afraid I can't say more without access to a similar architecture.
