Hello on win 10 64b and xcas 32b

Menu Help/Manuals/Cas reference it does not work, is it supposed to start the next link in an internet browser or call an original file created in the installation?

It should open the local HTML file (in c:\xcas\doc\en in your case) in your browser. I just checked on my install (win7) it works. It might fail on windows 10, but then I can't help. You can open the file by hand from the explorer.
