Xcas version 1.4.9 32-bits

Hello, BP, the current version of XCAS (1.4.9, Oct. 2017) does not run on win1064bits machines, please can compile a Win32-bit version

I plan to do that when the current version will be well stabilized, in a couple of weeks probably.

Version 1.4.x is still in the 64-bit version, the 32-bit version will be released in the coming weeks?

I don't know, there are still bugs that I want to fix.
