Hi BP, the current Xcas UI is:
entry in linear notational (1D)
output in readable printing (2D or pretty-print)
My crazy idea is to add a third line, in the online version and/or xcas installed
entry 1 in linear notational (1D) // just as the expression or sentence entered,
entry into readable printing (2D or pretty-print) // optional by some means. flag or other
output in readable printing (2D or pretty-print) // optional 1D
3 lines in worksheet

Re: 3 lines in worksheet
Not sure it would be very useful. Anyway, I will not make large change myself in the Xcas desktop UI anymore.

Re: 3 lines in worksheet
the utility is that many input sentences are not very readable when they are read in linear notation, I think that a button (web version) that generates the 2D view is useful.
Now on the PC version, it is necessary to promote that this development is continued by third parties =)
