I am a professor of algorithmic logic and programming in first university level courses, in these last two years I have been dictating the class sessions with c#, but I would like the algorithmic thinking to go more of the numerical, this is symbolic numerical. I am testing the xcasjs interface, which is a basic online GUI, ideal for these subjects.
I want to collaborate in the xcasjs interface, in the sense of translation to Spanish.
Who is developing this application?

It was a (brillant) student during an internship, 2 years ago. I don't think he is working on it, and he is probably very busy, but it's probably not required to have an active collaboration to make translations.
