dh_clean compatibility levels

This isn't really a bug, but I wasn't sure where to put it and thought
it might be worth mentioning.

I was just compiling giac on a new computer with Debian 12.
When I first tried to create a deb file with mkdebian, I got the
error, with both the latest stable and latest unstable versions,
dh_clean: error: Compatibility levels before 7 are no longer supported (level 5 requested)
This is easily taken care of by changing
export DH_COMPAT = 5
in debian/rules to
export DH_COMPAT = 7
I'm not really sure what that does, but nothing's blown up so far.
