Problème avec le deb.

Bonjour,
J'ai deux PC sous Ubuntu 8.10, le premier ou XCas s'installe sans souci et le deuxième où j'affronte les problèmes les uns à la suite des autres.

Après avoir configuré les dépôts, une erreur apparait durant l'installation.

install-info: No dir file specified; try --help for more information.
le sous-processus post-installation script a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 1

J'ai donc été fouillé dans ce fameux script d'installation situé dans /var/lib/dpkg/info.
Les deux lignes qui posent problème dans le scripts sont:

Code : Tout sélectionner

install-info --quiet --section "Math" "Math" /usr/share/info/giac_es.info
install-info --quiet --section "Math" "Math" /usr/share/info/giac_us.info

Les fichiers /usr/share/info/giac_es.info et /usr/share/info/giac_us.info ne sont pas présent sur mon disque dur, j'ai à la place:
/usr/share/info/giac_us.info.gz et /usr/share/info/giac_us.info.gz

Alors deux options:
- Soit c'est un problème du script d'installation mais je ne le pense pas puisque Xcas s'installe sans problème sur mon autre PC.
- Soit j'ai une option à la c... qui fait que ces deux fichiers ne sont pas décompressés correctement.

c'est peut-etre lié à l'install du système d'aide info, car "dir" (dans /usr/share/info) est le nom du fichier de départ du système info, et qui est modifié quand on installe giac pour y ajouter l'entrée correspondante.
est-ce que dpkg -l info renvoie que info est installe?
Si c'est ça le problème, il faut que je rajoute l'obligation d'installer info...

Est-ce normal la différence des noms entre giac_es.info et giac_es.info.gz?

je crois que ca n'a pas d'importance, au sens où info décompresse à la volée.
Et /usr/share/info/dir est bien présent?

Un autre programme install-info venant parasiter le programme debian recherché.

Pour information: ce conflit de fichiers provient de l'installation manuelle de la distribution TeXLive 2008, et non à partir des dépôts Ubuntu (Seule texLive 2007 est dispo dans les dépôts)
